Location

Bath is a quiet town on the River Avon, rich in architectural gems and home to the famous and well-preserved Roman baths. It is also one of the 3 British cities considered by UNESCO to be worthy of being classed as a world heritage site.

Centre

The University is less than three kilometres from the historic centre and it’s equipped with modern classrooms, large canteen, ATM, student shop and different gathering places. Multi-purpose gym and beach volley.

Language Course

20 lessons per week, 45 minutes each (30 total hours), in homogeneous classes of max. 20 students.

Accommodation

Flats made up of 8 to 10 single ensuite rooms.
Full board.

Sports Equipment

Covered tennis courts, multipurpose gym, football pitches, basketball and outdoor volleyball courts and rooms equipped for dance and drama.

Free Time and Activities

  • 3 full day excursions
    Cardiff with entrance to the Castle
    London walking tour and pizza party once back in college (late return)
    Oxford walking tour
  • 1 half day excursion to Stonehenge
  • Some local visits
    Roman Baths, Skyline Walk, Victoria Park
  • Afternoon and evening activities

Excursions include local transport.

PCTO

For all students from 16 years of age – Minimum B1 level
10 of the 30 hours of course will focus on PCTO. Students will be provided with a certificate valid for PCTO.
